Jack, Andy and their team were great to work with. They found an issue with my radiator that my dealership overlooked. Jack communicated timely and patiently. I was pleased with the service and overall experience. In the future, this is where I will be taking my AUDI for all service and maintenance.

Tyler was extremely helpful on the phone, giving me an idea of what he thought could be happening with my car. Tyler also took very good care of me, and the team did a thorough inspection of my car while I was in Asheville for my vacation. They were honest, upfront, and good mechanics. I would come to them again. Highly recommend!

Really helpful customer service. We noticed that 99% of Google reviews were positive about this place and the majority of those positive reviews included complements of Tyler. He/they lived up to the awesome reviews. They patiently walked us through every step of the way helping us understand big decisions.

Andy, thanks for the great service. I went back through our auto files and noted the 2 filters were changed 3000 miles ago so they should be good. As for the needed alignment I’m going back to Fields. Under a recall they replaced the rear suspension frame. In doing so they told me that a full alignment was done. Appears they only did the rear wheels. Best regards

I had an alignment scheduled here in July 2025 and made it clear when dropping my car off that I needed it back by Friday for a vacation that weekend. Although they assured me it would be done, I didn’t hear from them the next day and had to call myself. Only then was I told that a bolt had broken due to rust, requiring it to be torched off and the control arms replaced. I was also told the other side would likely fail too. What bothered me most is that this wasn’t mentioned as a possibility until after the bolt was already broken, leaving me with no choice but to approve the repair. I went from expecting to spend around $200 to being charged $1,460. If I had been notified ahead of time, I would have taken the car to my usual shop for the repairs, where it would have been much cheaper, and then brought it back for the alignment. Parts were shipped standard even though I told them I was on a deadline. The front desk staff did help by having the tech stay late so I could pick up my car Saturday, which I appreciate. Still, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and the huge unexpected expense.
